Modifications to LIRA version 9.6 in comparison with release from November 30, 2009

Processing speed of solvers (statics, dynamics, stability, nonlinearity, assemblage) is considerably increased.

Added: support for Belarus building codes TKP/PR 45-5.03, TKP/OP 45-5.02 for analysis of reinforcement in RC plate and bar elements (rectangle, T-section, Isection, cross, angle, box) for all types of loads.
Modified: work with unified groups imported from solver.
Restored: generation of detailed file of input data.
