Added option: ordinates of nodal loads for time history analysis may be displayed / hidden on graphs.
Added check: number of divisions in integration step for Dynamics plus solver should be greater than zero.
Added option: interactive tables of DCF may be generated for Dynamics plus solver.
Added option: priority for visualization of contour/mosaic plots relative to flags of drawing (option 'Stiffness in colour').
